Steps to become a vendor in 2020 (applications are due March 1)
Find out if you qualify
Please review our Market Rules and Bylaws before you apply. When you submit your application you will be required to sign a legal agreement that states you have read and understand these rules and will adhere to them throughout the market season.
Vendors must follow food safety guidelines outlined the West Virginia Department of Agriculture Farmers Market Vendor Guide.

Vendor applications for 2020-21 are due March 1, 2020.
Our application is available online at this link for completing and printing.
Applications will NOT be considered unless complete with the requested fees attached.
Applications MUST include ALL application and product plan pages (cover letter not required).
Applications must include copies of all applicable licenses and permits held by the applicant as well as the certificate of insurance.
Please do not staple application - paperclips only.

Each vendor must carry insurance for general liability and property damage, as well as product liability coverage for sale of products at a farmer’s market, in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000). The policy shall specifically state that the insurance applies to participation in a farmers market. Also, the policy shall name MFMGA as additional insured, and shall maintain all other coverage as required by law.
A copy of the Certificate of Insurance must be provided with this application.

Some licenses and permit processes and applications have changed recently and it is your responsibility to explore which ones your business needs.
